Responsibilities:Serve as the technical authority for roadway, highway, and infrastructure lightingReview and approve lighting designs, drawings, and specifications submitted by contractors and consultantsEnsure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and energy‑efficient lighting practicesConduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure contractor adherence to lighting design and specificationsReview and approve RFIs, submittals, and design modifications related to lighting systemsProvide technical guidance on electrical layouts, luminaires, control systems, and energy managementCollaborate with civil, electrical, and traffic teams for coordinated design implementationSupport project handover by reviewing as‑built drawings, commissioning reports, and maintenance manualsReview installation methodologies, lighting fixture placement, and electrical integrationProvide input on value engineering, sustainability, and cost optimization for lighting systemsMonitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with quality and safety standardsMentor and guide junior lighting engineers and electrical staff within the PMC teamEssential Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fieldMinimum 15 years of experience in lighting design and supervision for road, highway, or infrastructure projectsProven experience in a PMC or consultancy roleIn‑depth knowledge of local Saudi standards, lighting codes, and energy efficiency guidelinesStrong coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skillsExpertise in roadway, street, and infrastructure lighting systems#J-18808-Ljbffr
