We also have an in‑house team dedicated to producing high‑standard technical bids and comprehensive and competitive commercial tenders.Summary: Royal International Construction is looking for an experienced Lifting Supervisor to oversee and coordinate lifting operations on construction sites while ensuring full compliance with safety standards and approved lifting plans.ResponsibilitiesSupervise lifting operations including crane activities and heavy equipment lifting.Ensure all lifting tasks are executed according to approved lifting plans and method statements.Verify load weights, lifting points, and equipment suitability before lifting operations.Coordinate lifting schedules with project teams and site engineers.Ensure compliance with HSE policies and local safety regulations.Conduct pre‑lift briefings and toolbox talks with operators, riggers, and signalers.Monitor lifting equipment certification, inspection, and operational readiness.Maintain records of lifting operations, inspections, and safety documentation.Location: Dubai or Abu Dhabi.What will it be like to work for United Al Saqer Group?Established more than 37 years ago, the United Al Saqer Group (UASG) is one of the leading multi‑sector business groups in the United Arab Emirates.
