As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well‑being of swimmers in our aquatic facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to prevent accidents, respond to emergencies, and create a secure environment for all patrons.ResponsibilitiesMonitor swimming areas diligently to prevent accidents and identify potential hazardsRespond swiftly and effectively to emergency situations, performing water rescues when necessaryAdminister first aid and CPR in case of injuries or medical emergenciesEnforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment for all swimmersConduct regular safety checks of the pool area and equipmentAssist in maintaining pool cleanliness and performing basic pool maintenance tasksCommunicate clearly and professionally with patrons, providing information and addressing concernsComplete accurate and detailed reports of incidents, accidents, and rescuesParticipate in regular training sessions to stay current on lifesaving techniques and safety protocolsCollaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive pool coverage and patron safetyDemonstrate proper swimming techniques and water safety practices when requiredExcellent swimming abilities and physical fitness to perform water rescuesQualificationsCurrent lifeguard certificationValid CPR and First Aid certificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong observation skills and ability to remain alert at all timesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsIn-depth knowledge of water safety protocols and proceduresProficiency in using and maintaining lifesaving equipmentBasic understanding of pool maintenance and water chemistryAbility to work in outdoor conditions and withstand prolonged sun exposure, particularly in Riyadh's hot climateWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysQuick decision‑making skills and ability to remain calm under pressureMeticulous attention to detail in monitoring and reportingPrevious experience as a lifeguard preferredWater Safety Instructor (WSI) certification is a plusAbility to work effectively in a team environmentPhysical stamina and mental alertness to maintain focus during long shiftsBenefitsCompetitive salary packageProfessional and supportive work environmentOpportunities for growth within a reputed brand.#J-18808-Ljbffr
