OverviewAjman Library in Ajman, UAE is looking for a passionate and dedicated Librarian to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing and maintaining the library's collection of books, periodicals, audiovisual material and other media.ResponsibilitiesWork with patrons to provide information and guidance in the use of library resources. This includes helping patrons locate materials, researching topics, providing instruction in the use of library resources, suggesting additional materials that may be helpful, and responding to inquiries from patrons.Circulate materials and keep records of library loans.QualificationsExcellent customer service skills and an extensive knowledge of library systems and procedures.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Bachelor's degree in library science or equivalent is preferred but not required.Salary: 1100 AED per month.We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
