OverviewLibrarian position in Ajman, UAE. We are looking for a Librarian to join our team in Ajman. The successful candidate will be part of a vibrant and fast-paced environment and can grow their knowledge base. Salary: 1600 AED. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.ResponsibilitiesOrganize, catalog, and maintain an up-to-date library of books, periodicals, journals, and other materials.Help patrons locate materials within the library, assist with research projects, and provide readers advisory services.Organize library events and maintain accurate circulation records.Keep up-to-date with new publications or other relevant information to provide patrons with the best resources available.QualificationsExcellent organizational skills and strong customer service abilities to effectively assist patrons.Strong computer proficiency to manage circulation records and library databases.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.A degree in Library Science or related field is preferred but not required; however minimal work experience is essential for this role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
