We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship lead with curiosity champion diverse perspectives turn inputs into actions and uphold trust through integrity.Skills and Competencies8 -10 years of industry experience within (re)insurance and (re)insurance broking with a proven track record of building senior-level client relationshipsDemonstrated success selling high value complex software SaaS analytics or related technologies within financial servicesDeep understanding of catastrophic risk data modelling software and service solutions across underwriting and exposure management workflowsProven ability to negotiate and close large high value commercial dealsStrong capability to forecast and close business within quarterly cyclesDemonstrated success building relationships and growing new territories and clientsFluent English and Arabic written and spoken requiredBasic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices including risk management and ethical useThis position offers a dynamic work environment requiring up to 50% travel to engage with clients face-to-face while also providing the flexibility of hybrid workingEducationBachelors degree in a quantitative scientific or related discipline preferredMasters degree or MBA desirable for candidates with familiarity and comfort with analytical mathematical and statistical conceptsResponsibilitiesDrive revenue growth by building trusted client relationships and delivering workflow solutions across the Middle East insurance markets. Main responsibilities include:Own revenue growth and commercial impact across an assigned client portfolioBuild and deepen long term relationships with client decision makers and key influencersDevelop territory plans and client centric strategies to win new clients and support existing clients strategic goalsCollaborate closely with Solution Practice to introduce new or customized solutions aligned to client needsMaintain accurate opportunity and pipeline reporting in SalesforcePartner with Solutions and Client Success teams to ensure seamless end to end customer experienceEngage internal product and technical specialists to support client strategic initiativesPromote broader adoption of Moodys Intelligent Risk Platform across client organizationsAbout the TeamOur Property & Specialty Solutions team is responsible for delivering advanced analytics decision science solutions and model driven insights that help clients understand and manage catastrophic risk. We work across natural and man-made perils supporting insurers reinsurers governments and corporations globally.
