Job description1. Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters.2. Providing advice on legal matters.3. Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents.4. Reviewing legal material.5. Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes.6. Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses.7. Reviewing legal cases before filing from law firm.8. Solving disputes through friendly settlement.9. Assisting external lawyers in drafting memorandum and defence.10. Meetings with court experts.11.
