DescriptionLegal RecruiterDubaiThe OpportunityFollowing the continued and ambitious growth of our Flexible Legal Services business across the Middle East we are excited to be recruiting an experienced legal recruiter to join our Flexible Services team as an Account Manager based in Dubai.Our Account Managers sit at the forefront of service delivery working closely with inhouse legal teams across a broad range of sectors as well as supporting internal Practice Groups with interim resourcing solutions. This permanent role will be the second Account Manager in our Dubai office reflecting both the continued growth of the team and the offices importance to our Middle East strategy.The Dubai office is a central hub for our regional growth and plays a pivotal role in shaping and expanding our Flexible Services offering across the Middle East. Youll be joining a highperforming collaborative and genuinely friendly team where people are supported to build relationships develop commercially and make a visible impact. This role is integral to the continued success of Vario in the region and will actively contribute to raising the teams profile in the wider market.What Youll DoBuild and grow the Flexible Services offering across the Middle EastDevelop strong candidate pipelines and identify opportunities to promote Flexible Services across Practice Groups existing clients and the wider external marketBuild engage and manage a community of Vario consultants in the local marketWork closely with clients and candidates to match talent to assignmentsLead assignment briefings and debriefings with clientsManage assignment activity and deliver strategic resourcing plansPrepare and support fee proposalsUse internal and external resources to ensure consultants are well prepared and supported on assignmentLead fulfilment best practice driving consistency and quality of service in line with Varios marketleading reputationProactively drive business development activity across the Middle East marketAbout YouDemonstrable business development experience including building and maintaining a strong client pipelineBackground in legal recruitment and/or inhouse legal practiceStrong understanding of the local Middle East legal services market with an established regional networkAbility to perform under pressure while maintaining the highest levels of client serviceHighly organised detailfocused and comfortable working within a larger matrix organisationIdeally have experience working within a professional services or law firm environmentWhat We OfferAgile working options including home workingCarers leave of up to five paid days25 days annual leave with the option to buy or carry over up to five additional daysContributory pension (up to 5%)Private healthcare and deathinservice cover (4x salary)Access to benefits including an electric car scheme cycletowork scheme and interestfree loans for season tickets gym membership or rental depositsNext StepsOnce you apply our Recruitment team will review your application and keep you updated by email.
