This role offers a blend of PA support to fee earners alongside wider administrative and office operations responsibilities.About the RoleBased in Dubai, the Legal PA will provide high level support including complex diary and email management, preparing correspondence and legal documents, organising travel arrangements and coordinating meetings. The role will also assist with preparing engagement letters, opening matters, maintaining filing systems, and supporting the billing process by preparing first draft bill narratives and managing end to end submissions.Key responsibilities also include supporting marketing and business development activities such as updating contact lists, assisting with pitch materials, conducting basic research, and helping with internal and external client events. This is a varied position that requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and flexibility during busy periods.About YouTo be considered for this role, the candidate should have proven administrative experience working within an international law firm.
