Legal Officer

Job DescriptionReview all the legislation cases assigned to him/her as a team leader and ensure the availability of all the relevant attachments, and research and document all technical procedures and the legislation related to the subject matter of each case.Collaborate with the assigned work team in preparing draft local or federal legislation proposed by the Dubai Government Entities.Work with the assigned work team to consider the feedback of the Dubai Government Entities on the draft federal legislation, and make the relevant legal remarks thereon.Participate in the review and consideration of the international MOUs and treaties/agreements referred to the SLC by the Dubai Government Entities or federal competent authorities; and follow up with the relevant competent authority for purposes of endorsement.Participate, in coordination with the assigned work team, in the preparation and drafting of legal opinion memoranda and explanatory notes on the legislation in force in the Emirate of Dubai, where required.Qualifications• Bachelor of Laws (LLB)• No previous work experience needed; open to fresh graduates.Job CategoryLegalAdvertiserThe Supreme Legislation CommitteeEducational-levelBachelorRequired NationalityUAE OnlyMonthly SalaryUnspecifiedSchedule-TimeFull timeJob Posting17/03/2026Unposting Date15/06/2026#J-18808-Ljbffr
