Our Client is a government entity based in Abu Dhabi, who are seeking a Legal Manager.Key RequirementsThis person must be at least 5+ years PQE with reputable international or regional law firm experienceStrong corporate and M&A background with exposure to transactions, corporate structuring, and deal executionExperience advising on acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investmentsMust be a fluent Arabic speakerCurrently based in the UAEAbility to work closely with senior stakeholders and business teamsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in LawAt least 5 years of experience in a reputable law firm or with a mix of law firm and in-house experienceCommon-law qualification is a plusExcellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
