Legal Intern - Internal Legal Affairs

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly detail-oriented Legal Intern to support our in‑house legal team with daily legal and compliance operations. This role requires precision, discretion and strong organizational skills. The successful candidate will assist with contract management, internal legal documentation, regulatory coordination and will be ideal for a law student, recent graduate or junior legal professional looking to gain hands‑on corporate legal experience in a fast‑growing international company.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in drafting, proofreading and reviewing contracts, NDAs and legal templates with a focus on accuracy and consistencyMaintain legal documentation systems including contract databases, trackers and filing archivesAssist in preparing documents for global licensing applications including business plans, policies and regulatory filingsConduct legal research on labor law, corporate law and data protection across different jurisdictionsTrack and organize IP‑related materials such as trademark filings and renewalsAssist in the preparation of internal policy documents and regulatory correspondenceLiaise with external parties for document notarization, certification and translationHelp identify legal process improvements and ensure version controlRequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law or related fieldStrong attention to detail is essential you must be thorough, precise and structured in both writing and documentationExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal); other languages are a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, LarkInterest in corporate legal affairs, employment law or fintech lawMust be based in Dubai and available for onsite workWhat We OfferReal‑world legal experience in an international tech‑driven environmentExposure to corporate governance, IP, employment and internal compliance frameworksSupportive mentorship from experienced in‑house counselMonthly allowance and internship certificateStrong performers may be offered a full‑time position upon completion#J-18808-Ljbffr
