The role ensures legal compliance, protects the company's commercial interests, and supports leadership with practical, business‑focused legal advice.This position plays a key role in strengthening governance standards, managing legal risk, and supporting the company's international growth, while coordinating with external legal advisors where required.Key ResponsibilitiesLegal and Contract ManagementDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including:Consultancy agreementsClient and operator agreementsNDAs and confidentiality agreementsSupplier and vendor contractsPartnership and licensing agreementsIdentify legal and commercial risks and recommend mitigation strategiesMaintain and manage contract trackers and legal documentation systemsCorporate GovernanceSupport corporate governance across all company entities and jurisdictionsPrepare and maintain:Board resolutionsShareholder resolutionsCorporate records and registersPowers of attorney and authorised signatory documentationEnsure compliance with regulatory and licensing requirementsSupport implementation of governance policies and internal controlsLegal Advisory and Business SupportProvide legal guidance to leadership and internal departments including Operations, Finance, HR, and Business DevelopmentSupport negotiation of commercial deals and strategic partnershipsAdvise on contractual rights, obligations, and risk exposureAssist with employment‑related legal matters when requiredRisk and Compliance ManagementIdentify legal and compliance risks across company operationsImplement preventative measures to protect company interestsSupport dispute management and resolution processesEnsure protection of company intellectual property and confidential informationExternal Legal Counsel ManagementLiaise with external lawyers across different jurisdictionsCoordinate legal advice efficiently and cost‑effectivelyEnsure alignment between external legal advice and business objectivesGovernance and Structural SupportSupport company structural changes, entity formation, and restructuringAssist with shareholder matters and corporate structuringSupport leadership with governance best practices and compliance frameworksQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)Legal qualification preferred but not mandatoryAdditional corporate governance qualification is advantageousExperience5-9 years legal experienceExperience in commercial, corporate, or international business lawExperience supporting multi‑jurisdictional organisations preferredExperience in consultancy, hospitality, real estate, or international business environments is advantageousSkills And CompetenciesTechnicalStrong contract drafting and negotiation skillsSolid understanding of corporate governanceStrong knowledge of commercial law principlesAbility to manage legal risk effectivelyProfessionalStrong commercial awarenessExcellent written and verbal communicationHigh attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesPersonal AttributesHigh integrity and professionalismStrong judgement and discretionPractical, solution‑focused mindsetAbility to operate in a fast‑paced international environmentPlease share your CV at SAboujaoude@tgpinternational.comBenefitsFive‑Day Work Week: Standard Monday to Friday schedule.Hybrid Work Arrangement: Three days in the office and two days working remotely.Incentive Plan: Company incentive scheme offering up to 10%—5% for introductions and 5% for successful closures.Annual Leave: 22 working days of paid annual leave, excluding weekends.Remote Work Flexibility: One additional week per year to work remotely from your home country, which can be combined with up to two consecutive weeks of annual leave.Coaching & Mentoring: Structured professional development through a dedicated coaching and mentoring
