<div><h3>Job Description</h3><p>RoyalJet is seeking a motivated and commercially minded Legal Counsel to support the business across a broad range of legal and regulatory matters. The role will provide hands‑on legal advice to internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while supporting operational, commercial and strategic objectives in a dynamic aviation environment.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide legal advice and support on commercial contracts, procurement agreements, and vendor arrangements.</li><li>Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including service agreements, NDAs, MOUs and licensing agreements.</li><li>Support compliance with UAE laws, aviation regulations and internal corporate governance requirements.</li><li>Assist in managing disputes, claims and litigation matters in coordination with external legal counsel.</li><li>Advise business units on legal risks and propose practical, business‑focused solutions.</li><li>Support regulatory and authority‑related matters, including engagement with relevant government and aviation bodies.</li><li>Maintain and update legal templates, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Contribute to risk management, ethics and compliance initiatives across the organisation.</li><li>Support contract lifecycle management, including monitoring renewals, amendments, and obligations.</li><li>Assist with data protection, confidentiality and information security compliance matters.</li><li>Provide legal input on strategic projects, partnerships and commercial initiatives.</li><li>Support internal investigations and compliance reviews, as required.</li><li>Deliver legal awareness and guidance sessions to business stakeholders where necessary.</li></ul><h3>Skills Description</h3><ul><li>Qualified lawyer (preferably admitted in a common law jurisdiction)</li><li>UAE National candidates are preferred</li><li>2–5 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE)</li><li>Aviation industry experience preferred</li><li>Strong background in commercial law and/or experience within a reputable law firm is desirable.</li><li>Experience in contract drafting and negotiation.</li><li>Knowledge of UAE laws and regulatory frameworks (aviation regulatory exposure is an advantage).</li><li>Arabic language skills are an advantage.</li><li>Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
