Legal Counsel (Female)

ResponsibilitiesProviding legal guidance and counsel to the organization's management and departments on various legal issues.Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts to protect the organization's interests.Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with organizational activities.Representing the organization in legal disputes and resolving conflicts.Monitoring legal changes and regulatory issues affecting the organization.Advising on corporate governance matters and compliance.Managing intellectual property assets and data privacy compliance.Overseeing litigation matters and coordinating with external counsel.Ensuring adherence to contract terms and agreements.Providing legal training and education to employees.Conducting legal due diligence for transactions.Facilitating corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.Strong legal experience in corporate and commercial matters.Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing business environment.Previous exposure with Joint Venture setup in UAE is an advantage.RequirementsEducation/ Qualification: Bachelor of Laws degreeWork Experience: 5– 6 years’ experience in projects law or legal function#J-18808-Ljbffr
