Legal Counsel

<div><p>We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel with a solid background in UAE real estate development to support our operations and advise on legal matters related to projects and commercial agreements.</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>This position focuses on providing practical legal support for off‑plan developments, regulatory compliance, and commercial contracts, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Draft, review, and negotiate off‑plan Sale&Purchase Agreements (SPAs), reservation forms, and buyer documentation</li><li>Oversee legal aspects of development projects, including structuring, approvals, and compliance</li><li>Ensure adherence to DLD, RERA, and applicable UAE property regulations</li><li>Advise management on legal risks and mitigation strategies</li><li>Support escrow account setup and compliance with off‑plan laws</li><li>Draft and negotiate commercial agreements (contractors, consultants, suppliers)</li><li>Liaise with external counsel, banks, and authorities</li><li>Assist with dispute resolution and pre‑litigation matters</li><li>Support corporate governance and internal compliance</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Law</li><li>Minimum 5+ years UAE experience, with real estate developer background</li><li>Strong knowledge of off‑plan sales, escrow regulations, and UAE property law</li><li>Experience in corporate and commercial legal matters</li><li>Proven contract drafting and negotiation skills</li><li>Strong analytical and communication abilities</li><li>Fluency in English</li></ul><p>Please apply via LinkedIn or submit your CV to info@emiliondevelopment.com</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
