Legal Counsel

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel with a solid background in UAE real estate development to support our operations and advise on legal matters related to projects and commercial agreements.About the RoleThis position focuses on providing practical legal support for off‑plan developments, regulatory compliance, and commercial contracts, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate off‑plan Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPAs), reservation forms, and buyer documentationOversee legal aspects of development projects, including structuring, approvals, and complianceEnsure adherence to DLD, RERA, and applicable UAE property regulationsAdvise management on legal risks and mitigation strategiesSupport escrow account setup and compliance with off‑plan lawsDraft and negotiate commercial agreements (contractors, consultants, suppliers)Liaise with external counsel, banks, and authoritiesAssist with dispute resolution and pre‑litigation mattersSupport corporate governance and internal complianceRequirementsBachelor’s degree in LawMinimum 5+ years UAE experience, with real estate developer backgroundStrong knowledge of off‑plan sales, escrow regulations, and UAE property lawExperience in corporate and commercial legal mattersProven contract drafting and negotiation skillsStrong analytical and communication abilitiesFluency in EnglishPlease apply via LinkedIn or submit your CV to#J-18808-Ljbffr
