OverviewWe are currently looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Legal Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a robust knowledge of UAE Civil Law, particularly in the areas of Debt, Collections, and Fraud. Responsibilities will primarily include overseeing collections and fraud litigation processes within UAE courts and coordinating with external legal counsel. This role will focus on managing collections tasks such as issuing notices and handling fraud cases.ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of debt collections, including issuing notices, communicating with debtors, and collaborating with external stakeholders.Assist in the preparation and submission of legal documentation pertaining to debt collection and fraud litigation.Conduct legal research on matters related to debt collection and fraud to support legal strategies.Act as a liaison between external legal counsel and relevant parties to ensure efficient management of legal affairs.Maintain accurate and updated records of all legal proceedings and documentation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
