Join a Global Leader in Workforce Solutions – Net2Source Inc.Job Title: Legal Assistant / Document controllerLocation: DubaiVisa status: Spouse or Sponsorship visaKey Responsibility:Ensure the confidentiality of all files and updates.Assist in ensuring compliance with the DOA, Legal department Policy andProcedure Manual and other corporate governance documents.Maintain and regularly update the Legal library.Manage and keep all legal forms and templates up to date.Assist in maintaining the company’s trademarks.Process and track legal invoices, reimbursable expenses, and payments with approval from the head of the department.Perform the role of a Legal Document Controller.Conduct initial contract reviews, apply track changes in accordance with standard templates, and ensure that any required legal review is accompanied by signed legal forms.Handle incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring they are delivered to the corresponding parties.Draft memos for management or Board of Directors (BOD) approval as required.Assist in drafting legal and corporate documents (e.g., minor contracts, legal letters, and notices) as needed.Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports.Track and maintain all corporate documents for different entities, ensuring files are up to date and properly recorded.Maintain office and department supplies by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.Act as a liaison between the Head of Legal and other departments to ensure efficient task execution and completion.
