Legal Advisor

Job Description:We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Legal Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide legal guidance, draft and review contracts, and ensure the company’s operations comply with UAE laws and regulations. You will play a key role in protecting the company’s legal interests, managing agreements, and supporting management in decision-making.Key Responsibilities:✔️ Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.✔️ Advise management on legal rights, risks, and compliance matters.✔️ Handle company legal documentation and maintain proper records.✔️ Provide legal support for company operations, HR, and business activities.✔️ Liaise with government authorities, external lawyers, and regulatory bodies.✔️ Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, commercial laws, and local regulations.✔️ Support in resolving disputes or legal issues efficiently.Requirements & Skills:✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field (LLB / LLM preferred).✔️ Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Legal Advisor or Legal Consultant.✔️ Strong understanding of UAE commercial and labor laws.✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.✔️ High attention to detail and analytical thinking.✔️ Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.✔️ Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).✨ Preferred:Experience working in contracting, cleaning, or service-based industriesFamiliar with company licensing, visa, and compliance procedures#J-18808-Ljbffr
