Legal Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Legal Advisor to join our team on a 3-month temporary contract. If you have a solid background in drafting and structuring legal agreements with government and international entities, we want to hear from you.Role overviewThe Legal Consultant will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and preparing a variety of legal documents including contracts, agreements, and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with government bodies and international organizations — primarily for commercial purposes.What we're looking forProven experience drafting legal agreements and MoUs, ideally in a government or commercial contextFamiliarity with Saudi and/or international legal frameworksStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight timelinesExcellent written communication skills in both Arabic and EnglishA law degree or equivalent legal qualification is preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
