Legal Adviser (Pakistani and Malayalee candidates preferred)We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Legal Advisers to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Legal Adviser, you will be responsible for providing legal guidance and support to our clients, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and protecting their legal rights. Candidates from Pakistan and Kerala, India are preferred for this position.Responsibilities:- Provide expert legal advice to clients on various matters including contracts, agreements, intellectual property, employment law, etc.- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes- Advise on compliance with local laws and regulations in UAE- Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies- Represent clients in negotiations or legal proceedings- Stay updated on any changes in laws or regulations that may affect the company or its clientsRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Law or Juris Doctorate (J.D)- Must be fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)- Proven experience as a Legal Adviser or similar role- Excellent knowledge of UAE laws and regulations- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple cases simultaneously- Pakistani or Malayalee nationality preferred- Freshers with no prior experience are welcome to apply- Must have own visa for employment in UAE- Full-time availability with the ability to work flexible hours if needed- Accommodation will be provided by the companyIf you meet the above requirements and are looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career as a Legal Adviser in Abu Dhabi, please submit your application today.
