Legal Adviser - Abu Dhabi, UAEWe are a reputable law firm in Abu Dhabi, UAE seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Adviser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal system in the UAE and be able to provide sound legal advice and support to our clients.Responsibilities:- Provide legal advice and support to clients on various matters including contracts, disputes, and compliance- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure accuracy and relevance of advice given- Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings- Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients' businesses or cases- Maintain confidentiality of all client informationRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Legal Adviser or similar role in the UAE- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills would be an advantage)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracySalary: 1200$ (negotiable depending on qualifications and experience)This is a full-time position with standard working hours.
