Legal AdviserWe are seeking a highly skilled Legal Adviser to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Legal Adviser, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to clients, as well as representing them in legal proceedings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laws and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.Responsibilities:- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various matters- Conduct legal research and analyze data to support clients' cases- Draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations- Maintain updated knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends- Build strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal requirementsRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field- Proven experience as a Legal Adviser or similar role- Excellent communication skills in English- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information- Prior experience working with Pakistani clients preferred- Full-time availability without accommodation provided- Visa sponsorship available for the right candidateIf you are a driven Legal Adviser looking for an exciting opportunity in Abu Dhabi, we encourage you to apply for this position.
