Leasing Specialist

Asas Althbat is looking for a results‑driven Leasing Specialist to manage leasing activities end‑to‑end—from lead handling and unit viewings to negotiation, contract signing, and handover coordination. You’ll play a key role in improving occupancy, accelerating leasing cycles, and delivering a professional tenant experience.TasksReceive and qualify leasing leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk‑ins, portals) and maintain a clean pipelineSchedule and conduct property/unit viewings and present unit features, terms, and policiesNegotiate lease terms within approved limits and close deals efficientlyPrepare lease offers, contracts, and related documentation; ensure accuracy and completenessCoordinate with operations/property management to ensure unit readiness and smooth handoverFollow up with prospects consistently to improve conversion rates and reduce vacancy daysSupport renewals and retention activities when requiredEnsure compliance with company policies and relevant regulationsTrack market prices, competitor offerings, and tenant feedback to improve leasing performanceProvide weekly leasing reports (leads, viewings, conversions, occupancy, revenue)Requirements2+ years of experience in leasing / real estate brokerage / property management (preferred)Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skillsGood knowledge of leasing contracts and documentation workflowComfortable using CRM/ERP tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Strong follow‑up discipline and customer service mindsetArabic fluency required; English is a plusValid driver’s license (preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
