Leasing Specialist

<div><p>Asas Althbat is looking for a results‑driven Leasing Specialist to manage leasing activities end‑to‑end—from lead handling and unit viewings to negotiation, contract signing, and handover coordination. You’ll play a key role in improving occupancy, accelerating leasing cycles, and delivering a professional tenant experience.</p><h3>Tasks</h3><ul><li>Receive and qualify leasing leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk‑ins, portals) and maintain a clean pipeline</li><li>Schedule and conduct property/unit viewings and present unit features, terms, and policies</li><li>Negotiate lease terms within approved limits and close deals efficiently</li><li>Prepare lease offers, contracts, and related documentation; ensure accuracy and completeness</li><li>Coordinate with operations/property management to ensure unit readiness and smooth handover</li><li>Follow up with prospects consistently to improve conversion rates and reduce vacancy days</li><li>Support renewals and retention activities when required</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations</li><li>Track market prices, competitor offerings, and tenant feedback to improve leasing performance</li><li>Provide weekly leasing reports (leads, viewings, conversions, occupancy, revenue)</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>2+ years of experience in leasing / real estate brokerage / property management (preferred)</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills</li><li>Good knowledge of leasing contracts and documentation workflow</li><li>Comfortable using CRM/ERP tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)</li><li>Strong follow‑up discipline and customer service mindset</li><li>Arabic fluency required; English is a plus</li><li>Valid driver’s license (preferred)</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
