This position focuses on sourcing high-quality listings, building long-term relationships with property owners, and ensuring each listing is accurately positioned, compliant, and market-ready to achieve optimal sales results.Key ResponsibilitiesSource, secure, and manage residential secondary market listings through networking, referrals, and proactive prospectingBuild and maintain strong relationships with property owners and landlords, with a focus on securing exclusive listingsEnsure all listings are Madhmoun verifiedMaintain a structured database of current and prospective sellersConduct property inspections, collect accurate information, and coordinate professional photography and videographyPrepare compelling property descriptions and collaborate with portal managers for listing publicationEnsure all listings meet company quality standards and regulatory requirementsConduct market research and competitive pricing analysis to advise sellers effectivelyMonitor market trends and adjust listing strategies accordinglyProvide regular updates to sellers on market activity, buyer feedback, and listing performanceCoordinate viewings with buyers’ agents and internal teamsEnsure full compliance with Abu Dhabi property laws and ADREC regulationsSkills & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of real estate experience, preferably within Abu Dhabi’s secondary marketStrong knowledge of Abu Dhabi property regulations and resale processesProven negotiation, pricing analysis, and CRM management skillsExcellent communication skills in English;Arabic is an advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
