ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach property owners to secure new listings and management contracts.Negotiate terms and close agreements that grow the company’s property portfolio.Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and investors.Coordinate with internal teams to onboard newly acquired properties smoothly.Monitor market opportunities to continuously expand the company’s inventory.QualificationsProven experience in real estate acquisitions, preferably within the UAE market.Strong negotiation and communication skills with a track record of successful deal closures.In-depth knowledge of the real estate market dynamics, regulations, and valuation methods in Dubai.Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions under pressure.Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.UAE driving license and car (Must)#J-18808-Ljbffr
