This role is open to UAE Nationals only and requires strong administrative skills excellent English communication and the ability to manage tenant interactions with professionalism and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Manage lease agreements renewals and terminations in coordination with internal teamsMaintain accurate records of tenant documents and contractsRespond to leasing inquiries and provide support to prospective and current tenantsPrepare reports manage lease files and handle correspondenceAssist with property handovers inspections and document trackingCoordinate with facilities finance and legal teams as neededRequirements:Open to UAE Nationals onlyStrong administrative skills and attention to detailExcellent English communication skills (written and spoken)Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel Word and Outlook)Ability to multitask and manage time effectivelyPrevious experience in real estate property management or leasing is a plusPositive attitude and professional demeanorWorking Options:Full-Time: Standard working hours based on company policyPart-Time: Flexible schedule; ideal for candidates balancing other commitments Key Skills Corel Draw,ABAP,Firewall,Independent School,Banking Sales,Biotech Experience: years Vacancy: 1
