Job Description

Primary Purpose:Manage and oversee the entire leasing process, from marketing available properties to handling lease agreements and ensuring a smooth, compliant experience for both tenants and landlords.Key Accountabilities:Manage the entire leasing process for properties, including advertising, tenant screening, and lease execution.Handle tenant inquiries, requests, and communication, serving as a primary point of contact.Process rental applications, which involves verifying income, references, and credit reports.Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including conducting inspections.Address and resolve tenant issues and disputes.Maintain accurate and organized records of all leasing activities and tenant information.Update and manage information in the property management system and other relevant databases.Assist in marketing efforts by coordinating listings, updating online platforms, and supporting open house events.Develop and implement marketing strategies to ensure high occupancy rates.Maintain up-to-date marketing materials and property availability reports.Generate reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and other key metrics.Review billing information and ensure it aligns with lease documents.Assist with rent collection and processing.Performs any work requested by the direct manager.Education:Bachelor's degree in a related field is often preferred.Experience:+2 Years Prior experience in leasing, property management.Skills:Essential for discussing leases with tenants, landlords, and colleagues.Crucial for discussing and agreeing on lease terms.A customer-centric mindset is vital for building trust and relationships.Ability to build rapport with tenants and prospects.To understand and address tenant needs and concerns.Necessary for reviewing lease agreements, applications, and handling paperwork accurately.#J-18808-Ljbffr
