We are seeking to hire a Leasing Consultant for a big holding company where the position will be based in Doha, Qatar.OverviewJob Description:Seeking potential clients (companies and individuals) to lease the company properties (residential and commercial)Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clientsApproaching new clients and developing relationshipsShowing the properties to potential clientsNegotiating the terms of the lease agreements with the potential clientsOrganizing proper documentation for the issuing of the lease agreementsFollowing up with the tenants on tenancy issuesResearching the real estate marketHanding over the properties to tenants and taking over the properties from the tenantsFollowing up with other departments (maintenance, procurement and finance) on tenant related issuesChecking and initialing lease agreementsNegotiating with the existing tenants by playing an active role in the renewal process and developing a strategy for tenant retentionProviding recommendations to the management to improve the leasing related activitiesProposing to the management rental rate for new and existing propertiesResponsibilitiesLeasing the company properties (Residential and Commercial) (70%)Following up on tenant related issues (10%)Research (5%)Property Handing over Taking over (5%)QualificationsMinimum requirements:2 - 5 years sales experience, preferably in real estate or hospitalityBachelor's DegreePublic Relation SkillsKnowledgeable in computer (MS Office and CRM system)
