Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in UAE real estate (leasing or sales)Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our dynamic real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the UAE property market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.Key Responsibilities:Assist clients in finding suitable rental properties based on their requirements.Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.Negotiate lease terms and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.Prepare and process leasing agreements and related documentation.Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and client interactions.Stay updated on market trends, rental rates, and competitor offerings.Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and property owners.Requirements:Experience: Minimum 1 year in real estate leasing or sales within the UAE market.Knowledge: Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi real estate laws and leasing procedures.Skills:Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Other:Valid UAE Driving License and own car (preferred).Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).Competitive commission structure (with or without basic salary depending on company policy).Employment visa, health insurance, and other benefits as per UAE labor law.Career growth opportunities in a supportive environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
