He will represent the company and maintain excellent client relationships.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead Generation&tenant prospecting</li><li>Respond promptly to inquiries from marketing channels and property portals</li><li>Maintain an updated tenant database and follow up regularly.</li><li>Clearly explain property features, rental terms and community benefits.</li><li>Negotiation&leasing closing</li><li>Negotiate rental price and lease terms between landlord and tenant</li><li>Prepare booking forms and required documents</li><li>Reporting</li><li>Submit weekly leasing reports to the leasing manager.</li><li>Update daily activities and pipeline in CRM</li><li>Follow company policies and local real estate regulations.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>1 to 3 years of real estate experience</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Presentable and professional</li><li>Valid driving license</li></ul><h3>Preferred Attributes</h3><ul><li>Previous experience in real estate or client-facing roles</li><li>Familiarity with CRM system</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
