<div><h3>About the Role</h3><p>The Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing residential and/or commercial leasing transactions within the Abu Dhabi real estate market. The role involves sourcing tenants, marketing available properties, conducting viewings, and closing rental deals in compliance with local regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi leasing landscape, including tenancy laws, market pricing, and key residential areas.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Market and promote available rental properties across key areas in Abu Dhabi</li><li>Handle client inquiries and qualify prospective tenants</li><li>Conduct property viewings and provide detailed property information</li><li>Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants</li><li>Prepare and process lease agreements in line with Abu Dhabi regulations</li><li>Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and relevant authorities when required</li><li>Maintain accurate and updated listings on property portals</li><li>Source new leasing opportunities and build a strong client database</li><li>Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi tenancy laws and company policies</li><li>Achieve monthly leasing targets and KPIs</li></ul><h3>Market-Specific Responsibilities (Abu Dhabi)</h3><ul><li>Stay updated with Abu Dhabi rental trends and pricing fluctuations</li><li>Understand and explain processes related to Tawtheeq (tenancy contract registration), security deposits and payment structures</li></ul><h3>Qualifications and Skills</h3><h3>Qualifications&Requirements</h3><ul><li>Proven experience in leasing or real estate within Abu Dhabi</li><li>Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi property market and communities</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to work in a target-driven environment</li><li>Valid UAE driving license (preferred)</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals</li></ul><h3>Skills&Competencies</h3><ul><li>Strong sales and closing skills</li><li>Client relationship management</li><li>Market awareness and pricing strategy</li><li>Time management and multitasking</li><li>Problem-solving and adaptability</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
