OverviewLearning Program Manager – Native Arabic Speaker at Noon – The Social Learning Company. This is a full-time role based in Riyadh. The role owns and advances the learning strategy for Noon’s Qudurat program within the hybrid learning experience across 28 schools in Riyadh today and 100+ schools around the Kingdom in the near future.As Learning Manager, you will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the end-to-end learning experience for thousands of students every day across all schools. You will be the focal point between teachers, content teams, school principals, supervisors, product, engineering, and operations teams. The role blends data-driven decision-making, pedagogical leadership, and team leadership, with a strong focus on teacher development, curriculum excellence, and measurable student success.You will act as a champion for students, ensuring that learning content, delivery, and instructional practices are aligned with national assessment standards while leveraging peer-to-peer learning, activities and pedagogical techniques to outperform traditional education.What You’ll DoOwn and continuously enhance the learning strategy for Qudurat and Tahsili programs, ensuring alignment with exam frameworks, learning objectives, and student success metrics.Architect and improve a hybrid and AI-enabled learning ecosystem that drives measurable improvements in Qudurat student performance.Introduce best-in-class instructional and assessment practices tailored specifically to Qudurat and Tahsili preparation within Noon’s hybrid learning environment.Work with Learning Experience Managers to design, develop, and integrate curriculum, content, assessments, and learning activities optimized for Qudurat and Tahsili outcomes.Gather and analyze student feedback and performance data (mock exams, diagnostics, engagement metrics) to identify learning gaps, challenges, and successes, and use insights to continuously improve the programs.Evaluate the impact of the learning experience you design using data and iterate curriculum, content, and teaching approaches accordingly.Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and business teams to translate educational insights into product features, learning tools, and content enhancements that improve Qudurat and Tahsili results.Take ownership of the curriculum design and content development operations for Qudurat programs end-to-end and work with business leaders to ensure implementation is on par with our standards.Your ExpertiseBachelor’s degree required; a degree from a top-tier or well-reputed university is preferred.Strong understanding of learning science, pedagogical best practices, and data-driven education.Ability to clearly communicate complex educational, analytical, and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including teachers, product teams, and leadership.Proven experience leading teams and managing complex, cross-functional projects.Fluency in Arabic (Native) and English.High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and strong relationships with teachers and academic stakeholders.Strong drive, resilience, and ownership mindset—comfortable navigating ambiguity and overcoming challenges.Passion for education technology and consumer-facing learning products, demonstrated through professional experience or personal projects.Proficient in storytelling and communication tools, including presentations, written documentation, visuals, and videos.Preferred: Experience working within international or multicultural team environments.Why work at Noon?Solving the Biggest Problem in Education: We’re addressing the most important and challenging issue in the sector—scaling star teachers and making learning fun.Innovation at a Global Scale: Noon leads in edtech innovation; we are not a copycat.
