Learning Operations Manager, Enterprise Learning Operations | Onsite UAE | UAE-BasedAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Learning Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of a large-scale, enterprise learning program across multiple sites in the UAE. This role sits at the center of delivery, ensuring that scheduling, administration, contractor coordination, and communication run seamlessly across locations.You will oversee a distributed operations function supporting high-volume training activity, with responsibility for maintaining service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with client standards. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast‑moving, complex environments and knows how to bring structure and clarity to operations at scale.What You’ll OwnOperational LeadershipLead end-to-end learning operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistent, high-quality administrative supportEstablish and maintain operational standards, processes, and service level expectationsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and scalabilityMulti‑Site Scheduling & CoordinationOversee training schedules across Jebel Ali, Al Taweelah, and additional locationsBalance capacity, learner demand, and operational constraints across sitesResolve scheduling conflicts and adapt quickly to changing prioritiesContractor & Vendor CoordinationManage contractor support across administrative and operational activitiesOversee onboarding, performance management, and service deliveryEnsure contractors meet quality and compliance expectationsCommunication & Mailbox ManagementOwn triage and response processes for learning operations communication channelsEnsure timely, clear, and professional responses to learners and stakeholdersMonitor volume, response times, and escalation pathwaysCompliance & Quality AssuranceEnsure all administrative processes align with client policies and standardsMaintain documentation, audit trails, and operational recordsSupport audit activities and implement corrective actions where neededTeam LeadershipLead and develop a team of Training Coordinators and administrative staffSet expectations, provide coaching, and drive performanceBuild a service‑oriented, accountable team cultureLocation & Working ModelThis role is based in the UAE, with regular on‑site presence across multiple locations including Jebel Ali and Al Taweelah. Frequent travel between sites is required.Additional InformationThis role supports a dedicated client program and will be employed locally in the UAE in alignment with regional employment requirements.What We’re Looking For7+ years of experience in learning operations, training administration, or operational managementProven experience managing multi‑site operations and distributed teamsStrong background in scheduling, coordination, and administrative process managementExperience managing contractors or vendors in a service delivery environmentHigh attention to detail with a strong focus on compliance and qualityAbility to operate in a fast‑paced, high-volume environment with shifting prioritiesBachelor’s degree required; Lean/Six Sigma or operations certifications are a plusWhat Makes You Successful in This RoleYou bring structure to complexity.
