- Administer and maintain the LMS CSOD, including user creation, course deployment, learning assignment management, and reporting. - Ensure accuracy of learning data, dashboards, and compliance reports for Capability Development leadership. - Coordinate with L&D and Capability Leads to schedule, track, and update learning interventions.
