Learning&Development Officer

<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>Our client is a leading bank in the UAE and they are looking to hire a Learning and Development Officer to be based in their Sharjah office.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Cover all aspects of Learning and Development, analysing and evaluating potential needs and solutions, implementing solutions, coaching, counselling and development programmes.</li><li>Manage the process of succession planning, employee retention, workforce management and development.</li><li>Support the organisation planning, reviewing and creating job descriptions and identifying effective interventions to suggest to the Head of Talent Management.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>English – Fluent / Excellent</li><li>Arabic – Fluent / Excellent</li><li>Five to eight years related experience in organisational development or training.</li><li>Knowledge of design and implementation, competency programmes, assessments and ideally a banking background.</li><li>A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Organisational Development is essential.</li><li>Attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills.</li><li>Advanced proficiency of the English language; candidates who can speak Arabic would be an advantage.</li></ul><h3>About the Company</h3><p>The Charterhouse Partnership brand and business was launched in Dubai and the Middle East in April 2004 by a team of international recruiters and management consultants, after its inception in Sydney, Australia in September 2003.
