Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and motivational Learning & Development Manager to join our team in Ras Al‑Khaimah United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our People & Culture department you will be responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing comprehensive learning and development programs that align with our organization’s strategic goals and enhance employee performance.Develop and execute a strategic learning and development plan that supports organizational objectives and promotes a culture of continuous learningDesign, implement and evaluate training programs, workshops and e‑learning modules to address skill gaps and improve employee performanceCollaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored development plansManage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure its effective utilization across the organizationLead and mentor a team of learning and development professionalsDevelop and manage the department’s budget ensuring cost‑effective allocation of resourcesAnalyze training effectiveness through various metrics and prepare reports for senior managementStay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and developmentEnsure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations in all training initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred5 years of experience in learning and development or a related fieldProven track record in designing and implementing successful training programs and leadership development initiativesStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiencesProficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and instructional design toolsExpertise in adult learning principles and methodologiesSolid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyData analysis and reporting abilities to measure and communicate training effectivenessExperience in budgeting and resource allocationKnowledge of talent development best practices and industry trendsFamiliarity with UAE labor laws and regulationsRelevant certifications such as CPLP or ATD certifications are a plusDecisive leadership style with a vision for driving organizational growth through employee developmentAdditional InformationWhats In It for YouLots of opportunity to progress and switch it up as part of a global family of brands.Great healthcare, competitive salary and some nice extra perks across the Ennismore family of brands!Learning opportunities to broaden your skillset and development that helps you think, make and thrive at workThe opportunity to be yourself and collaborate with other bright minds in a relaxed innovative cultureRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull‑time#J-18808-Ljbffr
