Job Description As a LeanIX Analyst at Medline, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the enterprise architecture processes. Your role will involve a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and business acumen to enhance the organization's IT landscape effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - **LeanIX Platform Management:** Administer and manage the LeanIX platform for enterprise architecture, technology landscape, and portfolio management. - **Data Integration & Analysis:** Integrate and maintain data from various systems to ensure accuracy, up-to-date information within LeanIX aligned with business goals. - **Reporting & Dashboards:** Create reports and dashboards providing insights into the IT portfolio, technology risk, and alignment with business objectives. - **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Collaborate with IT architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure LeanIX supports IT governance effectively. - **Process Optimization:** Identify areas for process improvements and automation in the LeanIX platform to streamline workflow and increase productivity. - **Governance & Best Practices:** Establish and enforce best practices and governance policies for LeanIX use, ensuring compliance with standards. - **Training & Support:** Provide training and support to internal users to leverage LeanIX for enterprise architecture and decision-making. - **Continuous Improvement:** Monitor LeanIX usage, assess performance, and make recommendations for enhancements and optimizations. - **Stakeholder Communication:** Communicate architecture-related data and insights clearly to senior management and key stakeholders. **Required Qualifications:** - **Education:** Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. - **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience with LeanIX or similar enterprise architecture tools. - **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in LeanIX functionalities, data integration techniques, and data management. - **Analytical Skills:** Strong problem-solving abilities to synthesize complex data and provide actionable insights. - **Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Familiarity with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio). - Experience in IT governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC). - Knowledge of Agile methodologies. - Acquainted with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). This job requires strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, attention to detail, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills to optimize opportunities effectively.
