Job Description
ResponsibilitiesCollectively accountable for the overall delivery of the results for KSA for Projects ChannelCarry out his/her responsibilities in delivering the Project Channel Sales Mission assigned for the region in line with corporate objectives and KPIsIdentify key channels and targets in the region (based on the allocation done by the Leader Projects KSA) for project business bySub Channel B: Residential with the Primary Target being Developers, Contractors & Designers – this being the primary, Leader Projects KSA can allocate based on capacity and relationship with developersSub Channel A: Hotels with the Primary Target being Hotel Operators & DevelopersSub Channel C: Health Care with the Primary Target being Owners, Healthcare InstitutionsWork with all relevant departments to define and deliver the tools required both by direct and indirect customers to enhance and differentiate service and support to project sales to deliver increased sales resultProduct update for project customers from the SCM and product teamsRegularly visit contractors, developers, dealers, consultants and promote Grohe via building a strong network of professional influencers and decision-makersSupport distribution channels and work closely with the Channel Partners in ProjectsForecast accurate projects sales monthly, quarterly and yearly reportsMeasure & analyze critical success factors for best practice and implement improvement processesDevelop and maintain database / records of all key project contacts in region as required and prepare report for senior managementGather competitor market intelligence and report to managementAdhere to budget guidelines in the most efficient mannerIdentify marketing / specification events to maximize exposure and new business opportunities and explore / report on events that enhance brand strength within this sectorEnsure full adherence and usage of Salesforce to create and manage an elaborate database of leads, opportunities and client prospects with all the related informationEnsure adequate coordination with the other business channels & Leader Projects KSA (OTC, Showroom, etc) for achieving the common goals and KPIs of the regionQualifications and EducationFluent written and spoken English & Arabic, other languages considered as a pluAround 5 years’ experience minimum in a comparable position with in-depth knowledge of the markethemarkeBachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering or equivalent, MBA (is a plusExperienceSeasoned professional with minimum of 5 to 7 years of total experienceDemonstrate success at working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, highly competitive, and deadline-oriented environment whilst maintaining LIXIL’s quality and reputation for excellenceExperienced in managing external relationships other stakeholde#J-18808-Ljbffr
