We are looking for a Lead Technical Risk & Safety Engineer for one of our clients with the following details:Location: UAEContract Duration: Direct HireQualification and Experience Required:Good Experience in Facilitating / chairing HAZOP/PHA/LOPA/HAZID/SIL/ ALARP / PHSER workshops – both short and long duration.Knowledge of SIMOPS, MOPO, Constructability Review - Desirable.As Subject Mater Expert Participating in project Risk Assessment Studies HAZOP, HAZID, SIL studies, PHSER and other safety workshops when required.ResponsibilitiesPerform responsibility of a Lead engineer on project/proposal, review contract requirements, plan and organize the project documents delivery.Lead the team for Successful Completion of HSEIA Process.Review & Interpret P&ID, HMB, Plant layout, operating procedure, Documentation & Drawing.Participation in multidiscipline Design projects and workshops.Fire-Water Demand Calculations.Fire & Gas detection layouts.Cause & Effect for fire detection & suppression system.Preparation of Safety equipment layout.Prepare specification for safety equipment.Performing and reviewing Safety case, HSEIA and Design HSE Case.Performing and reviewing the FERA, QRA, EERA, ESSA and Performance standards reports.Escape, Evacuation, Rescue and Recovery Assessments.Perform design reviews/verifications.Delivering training and developing training materials for HAZOP/PHA/HAZID/SIL.Performing Hazardous Area assessment.SIL verification / validation.Taking lead role for the project, proposals, managing the clients and other interface meeting required by the client.Supporting to Juniors in technical safety studies.If Interested Kindly apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
