Lead Technical Consultant

- Responsible to handle and resolve the critical Service calls at client locations. - Play key role in renewal of Annual Maintenance Contracts and repeated business from the existing clients. - Provide support and get involved in the Commissioning support to the Projects that are at final stage. - Provide remote support to the Field Service Engineers across all regions as per the requirement.
