As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing complex systems engineering projects, leading a team of talented engineers, and driving technological advancements in our industry.Manage and coordinate all aspects of systems engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standardsLead the design, development, and implementation of cutting‑edge systems and solutionsCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to define system requirements, architecture, and integration strategiesConduct thorough system analysis, identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutionsOversee the entire systems engineering lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenanceDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, design documents, and test plansMentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvementEvaluate and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance system performance and efficiencyEnsure compliance with industry standards and best practices in systems engineeringPresent regular progress reports and technical recommendations to senior managementCollaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutionsWhat do we need from youBachelor's degree in Engineering Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferredMinimum of 8 years of post‑qualification experience in systems engineering, with a proven track record of successful project deliveryStrong knowledge of systems engineering principles, methodologies, and best practicesProficiency in systems integration, lifecycle management, and requirements analysisStrong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a keen attention to detailExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook)Experience with systems modeling tools and techniquesAbility to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environmentStrong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with industry standards and regulations relevant to systems engineeringWillingness to travel occasionally for project‑related purposesAdaptability to work in a multicultural environment in Doha, QatarWhat's in it for you?#J-18808-Ljbffr
