<div><h3>Corporate Strategy and Business Development</h3><h3>Department</h3><p>Corporate Communication Department</p><h3>Job Purpose</h3><p>To lead the execution and management of content and media activities across all channels, including traditional media, digital platforms, internal communications, public relations, campaigns, and the Maaden website.</p><p>The role ensures all content is aligned with Maaden brand guidelines, business priorities, and communication objectives, while maintaining consistency, quality, and performance across all touchpoints.</p><h3>Key Accountabilities</h3><ul><li>Execute and manage integrated content and media plans across all channels, including traditional media, digital platforms, internal communications, public relations, and campaigns.</li><li>Own and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business priorities.</li><li>Manage editorial calendars across all channels and ensure timely delivery of content.</li><li>Act as a focal point for content coordination across internal stakeholders and functions.</li><li>Translate business and corporate priorities into clear, effective, and engaging content across formats and channels.</li><li>Manage external agencies and partners (creative, media, PR) to deliver high-quality output on time.</li><li>Review and refine content to ensure consistency in tone of voice, messaging, and visual identity.</li><li>Ensure alignment across all communication outputs to present a unified Maaden voice.</li><li>Support the rollout of campaigns, announcements, and key corporate initiatives.</li><li>Monitor content and media performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.</li><li>Ensure all content complies with Maaden brand guidelines, internal governance, and communication protocols.</li></ul><h3>Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies</h3><h3>Minimum Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.</li><li>5–7 years of experience in content, digital, communications, or media roles.</li><li>Experience managing website content and working with CMS platforms.</li><li>Proven experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams.</li></ul><h3>Maaden High Performance Competencies</h3><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong content development and editorial skills in both English and Arabic.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (required).</li><li>Good understanding of digital and traditional media channels, content best practices, and PR fundamentals.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret performance.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
