Job TitleLead Specialist, Content and MediaReporting toDirector, ContentBusiness Unit/FunctionCorporate Strategy and Business DevelopmentDepartmentCorporate Communication DepartmentJob PurposeTo lead the execution and management of content and media activities across all channels, including traditional media, digital platforms, internal communications, public relations, campaigns, and the Maaden website.The role ensures all content is aligned with Maaden brand guidelines, business priorities, and communication objectives, while maintaining consistency, quality, and performance across all touchpoints.Key AccountabilitiesExecute and manage integrated content and media plans across all channels, including traditional media, digital platforms, internal communications, public relations, and campaignsOwn and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business prioritiesManage editorial calendars across all channels and ensure timely delivery of contentAct as a focal point for content coordination across internal stakeholders and functionsTranslate business and corporate priorities into clear, effective, and engaging content across formats and channelsManage external agencies and partners (creative, media, PR) to deliver high-quality output on timeReview and refine content to ensure consistency in tone of voice, messaging, and visual identityEnsure alignment across all communication outputs to present a unified Maaden voiceSupport the rollout of campaigns, announcements, and key corporate initiativesMonitor content and media performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimizationEnsure all content complies with Maaden brand guidelines, internal governance, and communication protocolsMinimum Qualifications, Experience and CompetenciesMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.Minimum Experience:5–7 years of experience in content, digital, communications, or media rolesExperience managing website content and working with CMS platformsProven experience working with agencies and cross-functional teamsMaaden High Performance Competencies:(As per corporate framework)Skills:Strong content development and editorial skills in both English and ArabicExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (required)Good understanding of digital and traditional media channels, content best practices, and PR fundamentalsAbility to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlinesStrong stakeholder management and coordination skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret performance#J-18808-Ljbffr
