Job Description As a Lead Software Engineer at JPMorganChase within the Consumer & Community Banking MLIO Team, you play a crucial role in an agile team dedicated to enhancing, building, and delivering trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable manner. Your responsibilities include executing creative software solutions, designing, developing, and troubleshooting technical issues with a focus on innovative problem-solving. You are also expected to develop secure high-quality production code, review others' code, identify opportunities for automation to enhance operational stability, and lead evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams to drive architectural designs.

- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5+ years of applied experience

- Strong knowledge of automation and continuous delivery methods
- Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
- In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and IT systems
- Practical cloud native experience
