Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Lead Server** to join our hospitality team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. Under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager you will supervise our front-of-house service team ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily operations. As a Lead Server you will lead by example maintain our brand standards and foster a positive inclusive team environment where hospitality excellence is the standard. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both guest satisfaction and team development while collaborating seamlessly across all departments.Lead and supervise the front-of-house service team to consistently deliver exceptional guest service and ensure smooth daily restaurant operationsMaintain the highest standards of hospitality and ensure all team members adhere to brand and restaurant service standardsOversee staff scheduling training and performance management to develop a skilled motivated and cohesive teamMentor and coach servers in professionalism teamwork and the delivery of consistent high-quality serviceCollaborate closely with kitchen and management teams to coordinate service flow and resolve guest issues promptly and effectivelyMonitor and analyze guest feedback related to dining service implementing strategies for continuous improvementSupport revenue management initiatives by maximizing table turnover and effectively upselling menu and beverage itemsEnsure full compliance with health safety and restaurant policies and procedures at all timesFoster team engagement and growth through ongoing training coaching and transparent communicationMaintain accurate daily reports service logs and documentation to support operational excellenceDemonstrate cultural awareness and inclusivity creating a welcoming environment for diverse guests and team membersPerform additional duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager to support operational needs and exceptional guest serviceQualifications : **Required Qualifications:**Minimum 2-3 years of professional server experience in a restaurant or hospitality settingProven leadership or supervisory experience in a front-of-house environmentStrong knowledge of restaurant operations service standards and guest experience managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead motivate and support team membersProficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management softwareDemonstrated ability to multitask prioritize and remain organized in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a customer-focused mindsetKnowledge of food safety and health and safety compliance standardsPhysical stamina and ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to work effectively in a multicultural environment and demonstrate cultural awareness**Preferred Qualifications:**Experience in fine dining upscale or high-volume restaurant establishmentsFood safety certification or ServSafe certificationHospitality management or leadership certificationKnowledge of beverage service and wine pairing basicsExperience with inventory management and cost controlBilingual capabilities (English and Arabic preferred for Dubai location)Previous experience training and developing hospitality staffFamiliarity with guest management systems and reservation platformsRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Disaster Recovery,Information Management,Network Administration,Active Directory,VMware,Citrix,Microsoft Windows Server,Windows,Microsoft Exchange,SAN,Database Administration,Dns Experience: years Vacancy: 1
