Lead the conceptualization and design of high-impact R&D field, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives and contributing to the development of intellectual property.Provide expert guidance in selecting and implementing rigorous research methodologies, defining ambitious yet achievable objectives, and establishing clear, measurable outcomes to maximize research effectiveness and ensure reproducibility.Mentor and guide team in developing R&D.Oversee the execution of R&D, ensuring high scientific rigor and innovative outcomes.Monitor and evaluate the progress, implementing strategic adjustments to meet the goals.Lead collaborative R&D to address complex and emerging scientific challenges.Develop and lead comprehensive knowledge-sharing initiatives, including workshops, training programs, and online resources.Publish research in high-impact scientific journals.Mentor senior, assistant and junior researchers, and researchers, fostering a culture of scientific excellence and professional development.Engage in exhibitions, scientific events, and outreach activities and foster collaboration with industry and academia.Conduct experiments and research in water management and treatment.Expert work with analytical instruments (LCMSMS, GCMSMS, ICP).Persuasion and presentation skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking.Demonstrate leadership, effective teamwork, and collaborative research.Qualifications:PhD in Analytical Chemistry with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in water management and treatment.Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in water management and treatment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
