Hiring: Lead Quantity Surveyor (Fit-Out)Location:Qatar (Doha)We are currently looking for a Lead Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in interior fit-out projects to join our team in Qatar.Minimum 8–12+ years of Quantity Surveying experienceStrong and proven experience ONLY in Fit-Out / Interior Projects (Commercial, Retail, Hospitality, Residential)Experience in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tendering, and contract administrationSolid knowledge of interior finishes, architectural details, and fit-out executionStrong experience in variations, claims, and final accountsAbility to handle multiple projects and lead commercial activitiesMust be currently based in Qatar with a valid QIDImmediate or short notice candidates preferredNot Required:MEP-focused experiencePrepare and manage project cost plans, BOQs, and tender documentsMonitor project budgets and ensure cost control throughout the lifecycleEvaluate contractor quotations and manage negotiationsHandle variations, claims, and final account settlementsCoordinate with design, project, and site teams for cost optimization#J-18808-Ljbffr
